Reconstituted in November 2011, as the Star Valley Medical Center Charitable Foundation, the Foundation has moved forward as the fund development arm for the medical center.

A ten-member Board of Trustees was appointed by the North Lincoln County Hospital District Board in November 1999. In June 2011, Mike Hunsaker received the appointment as Foundation Executive Director for the Star Valley Medical Center.
