Thayne Community Center

Star Valley Medical Center, High Country Behavioral Health, Lincoln County Public Health, Simplot Smokey Canyon Mine, and Star Valley Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to participate in the 2019 Star Valley Community Health and Safety Expo.

The purpose of this annual event is to provide exposure and education to the community on the widely various topics of health and safety that affects our everyday lives.  Bringing these organizations together in one place on one evening allows community members to learn about the resources available to them to help their families and businesses flourish, all in one stop.

Community Information

These organizations are cornerstones of safety and health within our community and are working together to bring you the largest group of organizations focused on the health and safety of you, your families, your businesses, and your community.  As the event comes together, please check back here for a list of the organizations that will be participating and a list of presenters and topics.

Vendor Information:

As a vendor in this Expo, you will have many opportunities to talk face to face to the Star Valley Community about a topic that is meaningful to youFor example, you may have a desire to educate the public about skin cancers, distracted driving, safe food handling, dental care, car care, or a support group.  The possibilities are endless!  I hope you will take this opportunity to reach the community with your important information.

You can click below to print out a Booth Request Form.  If you are interested in participating, please fill out the request completely and return it to me via email, fax, or regular mail.  There is room on the registration form for 2 booths, if you’d like to have more, just photocopy the form and send them both to the event organizer listed on the form.

In order to reserve your space at the Health and Safety Expo, please fill out your form and return to the event organizer by April 20th or earlier if possible.  This is important, as it provides us time to organize the event to the best of all interests.  Please make sure to include your e-mail address with your booth request because you will receive confirmation and instructions for set up via e-mail.

Getting your information to the community at the Expo will be a rewarding experience and well worth your time.  If you have any questions, please call Pamela Wolfley at 885-5956.
